From June 1–3, 2025, the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans became the epicenter of the dairy, deli, and bakery industries as it hosted the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) 2025 trade show. With over 9,500 industry professionals and more than 800 exhibitors from 28 countries, the event was a melting pot of innovation, tradition, and culinary excellence.
